Your agency recently took over management rights to my property in Coomera through the Property Club leasing Department. I am writing this letter to let you know of the wonderful service i have received in just a short period of time. I am constantly amazed at how professional, passionate and organised your team is, from Sally, who successfully leased my property, to Rebbekka who will look after the property on behalf of my wife and I and the girls on reception who are always polite and cheery. I have already told my mentor at the club that if she knows of any members that need a property managed in the Coomera area to see the team at ManageMe in Oxenford. I have nothing but praise and must say I was extremely impressed with the property inspection report. It was great to see photos of the property and overall a very professional report. Unfortunately our air-co broke down just before Christmas and Mel has been very proactive to get it sorted and this included corresponding with the insurance company (that we selected on your recommendation). Please let Mel know how much we appreciate her assistance. I would not hesitate recommending your office to look after anyone’s property if they decided to rent it out.
