Helpful Hints When Applying:
* You must provide 100 points of ID including one form of photo ID
* You must also provide recent proof of income eg. payslips, bank statements, Centrelink Income Statement
* Own your own business? No problem – you will need to provide your ABN, a profit and loss statement, and contact details for your accountant
* Provide email addresses where possible as we usually ask for references in writing
* Make sure your references are aware we will be contacting them – the sooner we hear from them, the quicker your application will be processed!
* You must view the property whether you put in an application prior or not. If you are unable to view a property, see if a family member or friend can view on your behalf
* If your application is approved, please ensure you are able to pay the required bond + 2 weeks rent, this is payable within 24 hours of acceptance. You will also need to come into our office for a sign up appointment – please be aware our properties stay advertised for rent until all monies are received and documents signed”
